1. Right of Cancellation

Your can cancel your order within one month after receipt of the merchandise without statement of reasons via letter, fax or e-mail or by returning the merchandise. To ensure the cancellation deadline the timely dispatch of the cancellation or return of the item suffices. In the case of an effective cancellation the actual services rendered on both sides are to be granted back (and if necessary attained applications (e.g. interest) returned). Should the actual services rendered not be able to be granted back to us totally or partially or only in a worse condition, a value replacement must be achieved as far as that goes. Value replacement must not be achieved if the worsening of the merchandise can be solely attributed to their examination as it would have been possible for you in a store. Incidentally you as a customer can avoid the duty of value replacement by not using the item as an owner and by avoiding everything that can interfere with the value of the merchandise. You bear the charges for the return consignment if the delivered merchandise corresponds with what was ordered and if the price of the returning merchandise does not exceed 40 Euro or if, in the case of the price of the merchandise being higher, you did not render your return service or a contractually agreed upon partial payment at the time of cancellation. Otherwise the return consignment is free of charge for you. You must fulfil obligations for reimbursement within 30 days after dispatch of your cancellation.

Excluded from return consignments are items which are manufactured according to customer specifications or which are clearly specific to personal requirements. As for example the customization of leather bands or rather leather straps. Or special lengths for necklaces and bracelets.

Please post pay the return consignment to avoid surcharges.

2. Contract Settlement

The contract is not settled until we send you the ordered merchandise.

With your order you give us a binding offer to conclude the contract with you. You carry out the order when entering all information during the ordering process and ultimately send us the order form by clicking the „order“ button in step 4 in the „Placing Order“ process.

By sending you the merchandise, we accept the offer (your order) for contract conclusion.

3. Filesaving of the wording

We filesave your order and the ordering information you entered. Should you like a printout of your order you have the opportunity to print an order confirmation. After running through the ordering process and the concluding step 5 and the clicking of button „Send Order“, an order arrival notice will be indicated on your computer screen. Here you have the opportunity to print out all information of the order. If you have given us your email-address you will furthermore receive the order confirmation with all entered information and the invoice-no. via email in unformatted text.

5. Delivery Reserve

Our delivery is under the reserve that supplies are adequate.

6. Conditional Sale

Until full payment the delivered merchandise remains property of
R&P SCHMUCKWERK, Rainer Plessmann

7. Payment, Due Date, Delayed Payment

When paying by invoice you commit yourself to pay the amount invoiced within 7 days after receipt of the merchandise. For payments by automatic debit transfer system the invoiced amount is directly debited within 7 days after shipment of the merchandise. Payments by credit card are directly debited after shipment of the merchandise.

In the case of delayed payment we reserve the right to claim collection expenses.

8. Guarantee

The statutory guarantee rights apply.

9. Final Clause

German law applies.
